About Darca Schools
Darca Schools strengthens education in Israel’s peripheral underserved communities with an innovative model that drives sustainable change. Established in 2010, the network has grown rapidly to manage 48 educational institutions with a reach of nearly 30,000 students. The student success stories are countless, and the results are unprecedented – our schools average a 93% university matriculation eligibility rate – compared to a 50% national average, and a much lower 30% average in the kind of communities we work in. Darca Schools is fast-growing, with the ambitious goal to lead far-reaching change across the entirety of Israel’s education system.

- Prepare compelling presentations and contribute to the network’s English-language marketing efforts, including the annual achievements brochure;
- Work with staff and lay leadership to capture relevant data that informs grant reports and other development material;
- Provide ongoing support to the US-based fundraising arm to advance their goals;
- Research and identify prospects so as to develop opportunities to engage them in the work of Darca.

- Have demonstrated success in writing successful grants, reports and the full gamut of written donor communications;
- Have faultless English and impeccable writing skills;
