The Logistics and Operations Coordinator will work with the Director of Special Projects to support the planning and implementation of peer-to-peer philanthropic projects in supporting this renowned pediatric and adolescent rehabilitation hospital.

As Logistics and Operations Coordinator, You Get To:
- Support the Director of Special Projects for coordinating the synergistic work of several suppliers (logistics, tourism, catering, event productions, medical escorts, police escorts, photography, printing, and clothing);
- Support the Director of Special Projects in obtaining price offers, comparing costs, and preparing all information for purchasing committees;
- Monitor departmental finances and procurement, including all expenses, communication with suppliers and execution of purchase orders;
- Have full responsibility to obtain local permits from a variety of authorities;
- Centralize all information regarding incoming donations (update data base systems, issue receipts, etc.);
- Regularly update website;
- Engage with donors and participants in English and Hebrew to provide exemplary customer service
- Have full responsibility for print and branding programs prior to each event;
This Job Is For You If You:
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in the Resource Development Department of an Israeli nonprofit;
- Are familiar with data-base and website programs;
- Speak Hebrew as a mother tongue;
- Have good English writing skills;
- Have a positive attitude and team spirit;
- Can manage multiple projects and priorities while consistently meeting deadlines – a MUST!
- Can complete projects with exceptional attention to detail and efficiency – a MUST!
- Are action-oriented and flexible, and are able to work independently as well as to collaborate with colleagues – a MUST!
