The organization, which supports the work of the Daniel Amichai Centre for Rowing and Nautical Studies, seeks a fundraiser to undertake responsibility for donor relations and for increasing the Centre’s funding.

Reporting to the Director and Chair, the position is a part time one (50%). The organization’s offices are in Tel Aviv. Salary: 8,000

DUTIES
- Work to increase funding and create new income options
- Take responsibility for developing existing donor relationships
- Write grant applications and reports to funders and prospective funders in English and Hebrew
- Plan and lead donor initiatives
- Plan and lead donor visits
- Prepare all donor-driven marketing material
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 3 years’ experience fundraising for a nonprofit
- Native Hebrew speaker with excellent writing skills
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
- A demonstrated ability to write successful grant proposals
- Clear, precise and compelling writing skills
- Able to effectively communicate
- Excellent analytical and creative skills in developing cultivation strategies
- Self-starter with the confidence and maturity needed to join a small but driven team
- Able to meet multiple deadlines and work well under pressure
- Computer literacy: OFFICE, EXCEL, on-line grant reporting and submission, CRM
