FTASMC is looking to hire an Operations Associate to provide the full gamut of operational support necessary for the successful growth of philanthropic relationships worldwide.

Job Status: Full-time; this position is on-site and located in Tel Aviv (not hybrid);
Salary range: 13,000 – 16,000 NIS

As Operations Associate, you get to:
- Prepare grant proposals, reports, and related materials
- Research and identify potential sources of foundations and private donors in order to expand donation base
- Be responsible for data-base management (including data entry, generating CRM reports, donor mailings)
- Be responsible for writing and distributing a quarterly newsletter, fundraising campaigns, marketing materials and social-media updates
- Oversee USA FTASMC administration:
- Support activities of American counterpart, ensuring alignment and collaboration
- Oversee website construction for 501c3, as well as update website and online donation mechanism
- Maintain Guidestar and Charity Navigator ratings vis-a-vis CFO in USA
- Coordinate Board engagement activities and events
- Oversee and coordinate legal and accounting obligations to ensure administrative compliance, good governance and transparency
- Plan and manage crowdfunding campaigns
- Interface with hospital personnel, including physicians, department heads in order to facilitate fundraising activities
- Implement an annual calendar of events (including guest lists, invitations, catering, and procuring appropriate event venue)
- Plan and coordinate donor visits (including logistics, communication with physicians, patients, and hospital security)
- Provide logistical support for overseas trips
- Work with office staff to implement donor events
- Assist with design and production of signage and unveiling ceremonies
This Job Is For You If You:
- Have at least 3 years’ experience in Israeli nonprofits
- Are interested in and understand health care in Israel
- Have English as a mother tongue and impeccable writing skills
- Are fluent in Hebrew
- Are familiar with data management and Microsoft Office software
- Have proven experience with social media networks
- Are available to work across multiple time zones as needed
- Are personable, motivated, and a team player
- Can multi-task and prioritize, and are a quick learner
- Are super responsible; detail-oriented, organized, and energetic
