The organization, a multi-disciplinary art center where artists work through mental health challenges and crises, seeks an experienced fundraiser to undertake full responsibility for resource development.

Reporting to the CEO, the position is a part-time one and hybrid (the organization is based in Tel Aviv). Fundraising is conducted both in English and Hebrew. Salary: 8,000 + VAT

DUTIES
- Work directly with CEO and Board to increase funding and create new income options;
- Develop and implement a fundraising strategy that would support organizational goals;
- Oversee grant applications and reports to funders;
- Expand existing donor base;
- Plan and lead donor initiatives;
- Oversee stewardship systems (including incoming gifts and donor acknowledgements);
- Plan and participate in cultivation and solicitations;
- Create and manage organizational CRM.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Must feel passionately about the mission;
- A relationship builder with experience leading fundraising efforts for an Israeli organization (including the production of marketing materials and campaigns;
- Proven fundraising experience;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrated ability to write successful grant proposals;
- Excellent English, with clear, precise and compelling English writing skills;
- Excellent Hebrew, with clear, precise and compelling Hebrew writing skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, deadline-driven;
- A self-starter able to meet multiple deadlines
- Computer literacy: OFFICE, EXCEL, on-line grant reporting and submission, CRM
