The Resource Development Manager will work with the CEO and Chair to support the implementation of the full annual fundraising work plan, and to execute the full gamut of tasks necessary to meet the organization’s funding goals.

Reporting to the CEO and Chair, the Resource Development Manager will be responsible for all Development administration, including gift processing, database management, prospect research, support of solicitation, and stewardship cycles.
As Mamanet’s Resource Development Manager, You Get To:
- Lead our development operations, both in Israel and internationally;
- Be responsibile for all grant writing, reporting and donor communications;
- Be responsible for all data management as well as gift processing and acknowledgements;
- Lead analysis and reporting to donors;
- Be responsible for all research on prospects and the assembling of materials for cultivation and solicitation visits;
- Act as donor liaison for donor and prospect visits.
This Job Is For You If:
- Have prior experience in fundraising, donor cultivation, and grant writing;
- Have faultless English and are fluent in Hebrew;
- Are high-functioning, curious, motivated and a team player;
- Have a passion for our mission;
- Have demonstrated experience with and knowledge of CRMs and are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Have managerial experience;
- Can multi-task and prioritize, and are a quick learner;
- Are detail-oriented, organized, enthusiastic, and energetic;
- Are personable, and are able to forge relationships across different departments;
- Are familiar with the Jewish philanthropic landscape;
- Are ethical and able to model high personal and professional standards.
About Mamanet
Mamanet is the largest social-sports league specifically for mothers in Israel today. It allows mothers to revive their younger days as athletes or experience being part of a sports league for the first time. The league is based within elementary, junior high and high schools in over 90 towns and cities in Israel, and serves every community in our society, from the secular to the ultra-Orthodox.
Mamanet works with Hapoel, Israel’s largest sport organization, and combines sports with community. Through it, mothers demonstrate to their school-aged children a combination of good sportsmanship, friendly and professional competition, fair play and a positive physical activity.
The league is growing internationally, in countries such as Austria, Italy, Greece, Cyprus and the US, with additional countries pending.
