The Resource Development Manager will work with Mifrassim’s professional team and lay leadership to implement the full grant cycle and take responsibility for the data management necessary to grow philanthropic relationships.

The Resource Development Manager will develop donor-ready materials in Hebrew and in English, including proposals, reports and budgets, and will take full responsibility for related data management in this young and forward-looking entrepreneurial organization.
As Mifrassim’s Resource Development Manager, You Get To:
- Write grant proposals and reports, ensuring they are well-written, impact-driven, and tell a compelling story – in both languages;
- Draft correspondence, LOIs, and other supporting documents adapting to the needs of each donor and prospect;
- Work with staff and lay leadership to capture relevant data that informs grant reports and other development material;
- Prepare detailed and accurate budgets to accompany all relevant donor-driven narratives;
- Track grant cycles and donor engagement in an organized and streamlined manner, including coordination of proposal writing and reporting requirements;

About Mifrassim
Mifrasim is a vehicle for promoting communal change that harnesses the powers of the sea and sailing, and combines them with a professionally led, enriching individual and collective experience. The organization is currently operating an immediate intervention program to support the survivors of the massacre. Long-term care plans are currently being built for the survivors of the Nova music festival, the security forces, and the communities on the border of the Gaza Strip. 2
