The Resource Development Manager will work with VP Development & Partnerships to support the implementation of the full annual work plan, and to execute the full gamut of tasks necessary for the development team, both in Israel and beyond, to meet its funding goals.

Reporting to the VP Development & Partnerships, the Resource Development Manager will be responsible for all Development administration, including gift processing, database management, prospect research, support of solicitation and stewardship cycles, and more.
As Ogen’s Resource Development Manager, You Get To:
- Support our development operations, both in Israel, internationally;
- Oversee all grant writing, reporting and donor communications;
- Be responsible for all data management as well as gift processing and acknowledgement;
- Lead analysis and reporting to donors and investors;
- Oversee all research on prospects and the assembling of materials for cultivation and solicitation visits;
- Act as donor liaison for donor and prospect visits;
- Manage a team to support this work;
- Provide administrative support to the VP Development & Partnerships.
This Job Is For You If:
- Have prior experience in fundraising, donor cultivation, and grant writing;
- Have faultless English and are fluent in Hebrew;
- Are high-functioning, curious, motivated and a team player;
- Have a passion for our mission;
- Have demonstrated experience with and knowledge of CRMs and are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Have managerial experience;
- Can multi-task and prioritize, and are a quick learner;
- Are detail-oriented, organized, enthusiastic, and energetic;
- Are personable, and are able to forge relationships across Ogen’s different departments
- Are familiar with the Jewish philanthropic landscape and have demonstrated commitment to advancing Israel and the Jewish community;
- Are ethical and able to model high personal and professional standards.
