Reuth seeks a creative and experienced English-language writer to create compelling written materials that inspire donors and strengthen the Reuth brand. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the grant and proposal writer will produce high-quality proposals, reports, donor communications, and other fundraising materials.

About Reuth
Reuth TLV is building the most important public health project in Israel today — a world-class rehabilitation hospital on the former site of Sde Dov, the flagship of Tel Aviv’s urban renewal plan and the first new hospital in the city in a generation.
We’re looking for an exceptional, experienced English-language grant and proposal writer to help us raise the funds to make it happen. You’ll join a small, high-impact team that’s shaping the future of health care in Israel — and you’ll have as much work as you can handle.
As Grant and Proposal Writer, You Are Responsible For:
- Writing compelling proposals, LOIs, and reports for major donors and foundations;
- Translating complex ideas into persuasive, high-level fundraising language;
- Crafting case statements, campaign materials, donor communications, and more;
- Helping shape Reuth TLV’s voice and messaging during the most ambitious campaign in its history.
This Job Is For You If You:
- Have at least 3 years’ experience writing winning grant proposals and fundraising content;
- Have native English fluency; excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills;
- Are fluent in Hebrew, able to communicate effectively with our medical and hospital teams;
- Able to synthesize information quickly and accurately;
- Have proven experience preparing detailed budgets;
- Can complete projects with exceptional attention to detail and efficiency;
- Are action-oriented and flexible, and are able to work independently as well as to collaborate with colleagues;
- Are passionate about health, impact, and building something that truly matters;
- Can multi-task and prioritize, and are a quick learner;
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
