Reuth seeks a creative and experienced English-language writer to join a small, high impact team and play a critical role in creating compelling written materials that inspire donors and strengthen the Reuth brand. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the Resource Development Writer will work collaboratively to produce high-quality proposals, reports, donor communications, and other fundraising materials.

About Reuth
Reuth is planning to open, in 2030, Israel’s largest rehabilitation hospital in one of the most prestigious locations in Tel Aviv. Located by the sea in north Tel Aviv (on the site of the old Sde Dov Airport), Reuth TLV will be the first new hospital to open in the city in a generation.
As Resource Development Writer, You Are Responsible For:
- Developing and writing persuasive proposals, grant applications, and stewardship reports for donors, foundations, and corporate partners;
- Ensuring proposals are well-organized, clear, and adhere to the guidelines and requirements of the funding source;
- Preparing and submitting progress reports and other required documentation to funding sources;
- Creating engaging content for fundraising campaigns, annual reports, newsletters, websites, and other donor communications;
- Collaborating with the development team to tailor messaging and align materials with organizational goals and donor interests;
- Researching and gathering data, stories, and impact metrics to support fundraising initiatives;
- Assisting in developing case statements, event materials, and other development-related collateral;
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality;
- Overseeing other projects, as they arise.
This Job Is For You If You:
- Have demonstrated success in writing successful grants, reports and the full gamut of written donor communications;
- Have faultless English and impeccable writing skills;
- Are fluent in Hebrew;
- Are familiar with data management;
- Have proven experience preparing detailed budgets;
- Can complete projects with exceptional attention to detail and efficiency;
- Are action-oriented and flexible, and are able to work independently as well as to collaborate with colleagues;
- Have a passion for our mission;
- Can multi-task and prioritize, and are a quick learner;
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
