The Resource Development Director will work with the CEO to considerably increase funding both in Israel and internationally.

Job Status: full-time; the position is a hybrid one (the organization’s offices are in Tel Aviv); Salary range: 16,000 – 18,000

Reporting to the CEO, the Resource Development Director will have demonstrated success in raising funds, building a fundraising strategy and growing philanthropic relationships both throughout Israel and internationally.
As Resource Development Director of 121, You Get To:
- Develop a coalition of philanthropic partners who will become the organization’s long-term supporters in the coming years (including in Israel’s corporate sector);
- Develop and execute an annual fundraising plan;
- Oversee all grant applications and reports to funders and prospective funders – both in English and in Hebrew;
- Plan and lead donor visits and missions;
- Oversee the development of fundraising materials, events, campaigns and initiatives;
- Be responsible for all data management, as well as gift processing and acknowledgement;
- Be responsible for all research on prospects.

- Have a deep understanding of the Israeli and Jewish philanthropic landscape;
- Are ethical and able to model high personal and professional standards;
- Have an academic degree.
