The Israel Director will work with the US-based Global CEO to plan and implement a full annual work plan that raises the AICF’s brand awareness and increases philanthropic support for its work, with the aim of meeting its funding goals.

Reporting to the US-based Global CEO, the Israel Director will be responsible for all Development and donor-relations operations, including PR and marketing, gift processing, database management, prospect research, solicitations and stewardship cycles.
As AICF’s Israel Director, You Get To:
- Report to the US-based Global CEO;
- Plan and execute a comprehensive fundraising plan;
- Oversee all grant writing, reporting and donor communications;
- Be responsible for all data management as well as gift processing and acknowledgements;
- Oversee all research on prospects and the assembling of materials for cultivation and solicitation visits;
- Develop and execute a multi-year marketing plan that increases AICF’s brand awareness;
- Oversee outsourced marketing and PR professionals;
- As a member of the leadership team, help set the AICF’s strategy and goals;
- Represent the organization at events.
This Job Is For You If You:
- Have prior experience in fundraising, donor cultivation, and PR;
- Are an English speaker with excellent presentation and writing skills;
- Are a Hebrew speaker with excellent presentation and writing skills;
- Are high-functioning, curious, motivated and a team player;
- Have a passion for our mission (with an arts background being an advantage);
- Are familiar with the Jewish philanthropic landscape;
- Can multi-task and prioritize, and are a quick learner;
- Are detail-oriented, organized, enthusiastic, and energetic;
- Are personable, and are able to forge relationships;
- Are ethical and able to model high personal and professional standards;
- Have a Bachelor’ degree in a related field;
- Have experience with and knowledge of CRMs and are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
