The VP Development will report to the CEO of the Israel Association of Community Centers (חברת המתנסים) and take responsibility for expanding the IACC donor base both in Israel and internationally for the benefit of community centers throughout Israel.

Reporting to the CEO of the Israel Association of Community Centers, the VP Development will be a dynamic and inspiring leader with demonstrated success in building a fundraising strategy and growing philanthropic relationships.
As VP Development, You Get To:
- Be responsible for fundraising efforts in Israel and throughout the Jewish world;
- Be responsible for the solicitation of philanthropic contributions, including the facilitation of major gifts for all aspects of IACC’s work;
- Work with the Israel-based team to execute a comprehensive fundraising plan;
- Initiate and lead the production of all resource-development marketing efforts, including donor-driven materials, events, campaigns and initiatives (in collaboration with the Israel-based team).
This Job Is For You If:
- Have prior experience of at least ten years in fundraising and donor cultivation;
- Have a deep understanding of both the Israeli and international philanthropic landscape and demonstrated commitment to advancing Israel;
- Are completely fluent in both Hebrew and English, and are an experienced writer and speaker in both languages;
- Have a demonstrated familiarity with modern digital fundraising tools;
- Are personable, motivated, and a team player;
- Can multi-task and prioritize, and are a quick learner;
- Are a strategic and nuanced thinker capable of creating innovative ways to effectively engage new donor audiences;
- Are detail-oriented, organized, enthusiastic, and energetic;
- Are ethical and able to model high personal and professional standards.
