Israel’s leading child-rights nonprofit seeks a mission-driven, English-speaking Resource Development Manager to undertake responsibility for expanding the current donor base.

The position is part-time (50%; either retainer or salaried) and hybrid; the organization’s offices are in Jerusalem; and a good working knowledge of Hebrew is a must. Salary range: 10,000 – 12,000.

As Resource Development Manager, You Get To:
- Work directly with CEO to increase funding and create new income options;
- Be responsible for all grant applications and all reports to funders and prospective funders;
- Be responsible for all donor communications and the cultivation of all funders;
- Prepare all donor-driven marketing materials;
- Research prospective funders to expand the existing donor base;
- Track and supervise all submissions and relationships with funders worldwide.
This Job Is For You If You:
- Have at least three years prior experience fundraising for an Israeli nonprofit;
- Are a native English speaker with outstanding English writing skills;
- Are fluent in Hebrew (reading and speaking at a high level);
- Have at least 3 years of grant writing experience, preferably in an applicable field;
- Are familiar with crowdfunding campaigns and applicable platforms;
- Have excellent analytical and creative skills in developing cultivation strategies;
- Are a self-starter with the confidence and maturity to work in a team-driven environment;
- Are able to meet multiple deadlines and work well under pressure;
- Are computer literate: OFFICE, EXCEL, on-line grant reporting and submission, CRM;
