Working closely with the CEO and Board, the Head of International Development will work to define short- and long-term funding goals, and lead all international development efforts.

As the Head of Development, You Will:
- Report to the CEO;
- Increase overseas funding and create new income options;
- Develop all donor relationships, and lead all donor initiatives;
- Oversee all grant applications and all reports to funders and prospective funders;
- Oversee maintenance of all marketing content and all development materials, including project-specific solicitation materials;
- Plan and participate in overseas cultivation and solicitation trips;
- Manage the development team;
- Oversee all stewardship systems (including incoming gifts and donor acknowledgements);

- Are computer literate (including Office, Excel, on-line grant platforms, and Salesforce).
