The Head of Resource Development together with the CEO and a dedicated team will define short and long-term funding goals and spearhead all national and international development initiatives.

As the Head of Development, You Will:
- Report to the CEO;
- Maintain and increase funding in Israel and beyond, research potential funders, and create new funding opportunities to meet annual funding goals;
- Develop all donor relationships, and lead all donor initiatives;
- Write all Hebrew language grant applications and reports to funders and prospective funders including gathering necessary information and writing and editing as required;
- Oversee all English language grant applications and reports to funders and prospective funders including gathering necessary information and writing and editing as required;
- Oversee maintenance of all marketing content and all development materials, including project-specific solicitation materials;
- Take responsibility for updating Salesforce (including incoming gifts and donor acknowledgements).

- Are a relationship builder with prior experience in fundraising, donor cultivation, and grant writing;
- Possess outstanding writing skills in both Hebrew and English;
- Have strong oral presentation skills in both Hebrew and English;
- Are a natural and effective communicator with strong presentational skills;
- Are a self-starter who is detail-oriented, organized, deadline-driven and works well under pressure;
- Have excellent analytical and creative skills in developing cultivation strategies;
- Are a strong team player and leader;
- Are computer literate including Office, Excel, on-line grant platforms (Salesforce training will be provided).
